Your Sports BFF ("S*BFF," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you sign up for our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Your Sports BFF is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please email hello@yoursportsbff.com and we will delete it.
California residents have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using Your Sports BFF, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe to a paid plan. You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
Your Sports BFF delivers sports news, culture, and related content primarily via SMS text message. We offer free and paid subscription tiers. Content, features, and pricing may change from time to time — we will let you know about material changes in advance where practical.
You agree not to:
All content delivered through Your Sports BFF, including text messages, articles, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Your Sports BFF and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may enjoy the content personally, but you may not copy, modify, or distribute it.
We may offer a referral program that rewards you for inviting friends. Rewards are subject to the specific terms posted on our referral page. We may change, pause, or end the referral program at any time. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be combined with other offers.
Your Sports BFF is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make the content accurate, timely, and delightful, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content. Nothing in the BFF Brief is financial, betting, legal, or medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Your Sports BFF and its owners, employees, and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us during that period.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Sports BFF from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Your Sports BFF is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Your Sports BFF sends recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to subscribers, including the "BFF Brief" — a weekday morning sports news text — and related content for paid subscribers (such as breaking news alerts, weekly deep-dives, and partner offers).
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box during signup, you expressly agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Your Sports BFF at the phone number you provided. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies depending on the tier you select. Insider (free) subscribers receive approximately five texts per week (one each weekday morning). VIP and All-Access subscribers may receive additional texts including breaking news alerts, deep-dives, and partner offers.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Your Sports BFF is not responsible for any mobile carrier charges. Contact your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from Your Sports BFF. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. If you change your mind, you can rejoin by replying START or by re-subscribing on our site.

The SMS program is available on most major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and related information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy above. We will never sell your phone number.
